I see you have elderberry (Sambuctus Nigra, Бузина черная) bushes around. When they bloom we pick the flowers, dip them in a batter and fry them for breakfast. We also dry the blooms to make tea to alleviate sore throat or fever symptoms. Some people make "honey" from blooms or wine from the berries. The bush was brought to USA by Scandinavians (I think) in 19th century and is quite common now.
