I had the opposite experience when I was looking to buy.
The Kubota dealer was too busy to come out on the lot to talk to me, I waited 20 minutes..........then left.
I was partial to the side-by-side pedals, and the left foot brake also.
While I have to say, the Massey does appear to be a 'beefier' machine, Kubota does make a fine one also.
Can't go wrong with either one.
