Well Long Time no post,

Anyway still havent got any pictures yet.

but so far i have basicly (besides alittle welding) finshed the boom and stick and the engine and tank mount are done, joysticks are mounted and seat are mounted.

and today i got the hydrulic pump and pump to engine coupler, i ended up getting a 6 GPM pump, i was just going to get the 3 like most people suggested but then i desieded that i was going to make a brush mower for it so i went with the 6 insted of the 3

My question is what size hose should i use.

Nice job on the hoe, what is the measurements on the dipper arm, from the pivot pin to the end of the arm where the dipper cylinder pins on. am building one alittle bigger then yours, was just wondering, Thanks

Today I checked hose sizes on the TSC wood spliters. Not sure about pump size but had a 6 HP engine and 1/2 and 3/4 ID hoses so that I am guessing that is an overkill but over is better than under.

1/2 or 1/4 should work fine. Even at 6 gpm you'll not have huge flow rates, and in some cases you'll want to reduce the flow rate, I'd think 1/4 would be fine, I'd use whichever you can get at less money.

another thing whats the best way to measure for the hoses, i was just going to use some rope.

Well here's some new picture's

for the door I Made a frame out of 1" square tubing and then used a old fradge rake for the top and toke some 10ga sheet.

havent made hinges yet tho

Well Right now its at about $2000 i think and probly will stop at 2400

I Have omost finshed the engine Bay and u have made some costum joystick handles, and also lat but not least A Thumb.
