Not homemade but home modified the Speeco Ultra Fork that fits SSQA or 3 point.
Added a longer bale spear at the top.
Added a receiver hitch for bumper pull trailers.
The angle brackets are for picking up the 1000 pound feed bags.
Added a stronger receiver hitch for goosenecks.
