Well I already built a straight blade and also wanted a v-blade too. Started off with a 4ft craftsman and cut it down. Used everything from around the shop. Hinges ate made out of 3/4in black pipe and center pin was going to be 1/2 stainless rod but I might leave the 1/2in threaded rod just cause things ain't perfectly lined up. Angle cylinders were made from 3/4in black pipe and 1/2in rerod and has a nut welded to the pipe with a bolt threading down for adjustment. I also had enough 2inラ1/4in flat plate that I just welded to the old cutting edge that was bad. Note bare with me on the welds please. This is my biggest welding project and only second. Most of the pivot welds are stick (arc?) Welds and most of the frame is mig. Wanted to use all mig but that one was down half the time of the build.
Will post pics later today. Got to get them sent to my computer because the tbn app for Mobil crashed when my phone updated
