Homeowner Grade Stump Grinder

Don’t want to spend for a grinder ? Get a hydraulic auger with about a 30 inch auger , sharpen it and drill through the stump centre . Works pretty good .

I would like to see a video of this. Can't find one on the net.

That giant forstner bit in the second vid is interesting. Looks like it would work on any driver that runs Pengo style augers.

I purchased the Cabelas tsg 50 for 3400. It is made by Woods. My local woods dealer wanted 4800 for the same unit. It works awesome behind my Kioti dk 50.

As you can see, I could use more HP, even though my tractor is on the upper range of power for this unit (15-35Hp).
It does a nice job for me and I have removed over 100 stumps since my purchase three or four years ago

Check out home depot rental. They sometimes sale their rentals at a discounted price. Here's one in Kalamazoo for ~$1k.

The Bluebird is comparable to the SG-13. I purchased a Toro SG-13 from my local HD, but still have not had a chance to use it. Mine looked in very good shape with 59 hours on the meter.
