I have a Honda 5518 and the issue is that every time I hit the clutch or brake the left wheel brake locks up. Any experience or suggestions. It seems to me that the brake calipher is sticking. Looked at the parts blowup on boats.com and I can really distinguish if there is a brake cylinder. The brakes are definitely drum brakes.
