I got my EZmover hitch, but the holes don't line up with my horizintal draw bar. What is the spacing supposed to be? I don't know which one is messed up (though I suspect it is the Hdrawbar I got at Farm&Fleet.

The one I purchased from Agri-Supply has the holes 2" on center. The holes are 3/4" dia.

is your drawbar the standard 26" width, or is it one of the narrow 20" ones that some of the itty bitty tractors use for the nonstandard 3pt?

OK, that's what I suspected. The holes on mine are 2 & 1/8" on center. That sucks raw eggs. I had plans for today that included that hitch. It just didn't occur to me that it wouldn't fit. Never thought to check that until I was ready to use it. I'll have to get another H-drawbar and measure it in the store this time. Live & learn.

Thanks for the help.

if your only talkin an 1/8 inch off then cant you just mill the hole a little bit, like make it a bit of a slot instead, or if you dont have access to a milling machine then you could probably get away with torching it, or a die grinder with a carbide bur or grinding stone, or even filing it since its not that much metal to take out, or you could drill it out to 1 inch and use washers but that wouldnt be the prefferable way in my opinion

Markct,
I don't have the necessary tools to widen the hole. In any case, I don't mind getting one to dedicate to the EZhitch, and the one I have can be used just fine for just about anything else. It just annoyed me because I wanted to use it TODAY. Farm&Fleet is 40 minutes each way. I'll go get another one on a rainy day.

The 10 year old one that I have had the larger space between the holes. So, I had the same problem with my new EXmover. However, the exact same drawbar from the exact same manufacturer which I just bought has the 2" spacing that fits my new hitch perfectly.

I had the same problem. A few minutes with a Dremel and grinding stone on the E-Z Mover took care of it. A little off of each side and it bolted right up.

The wide ones may have been metric, 19mm holes, 54mm on center.
