Horrible Flooding

I just received photos from my family in the Philippines. Half of Manila is waist deep in water, Olongapoe is waist deep in water and our house in San Felipe is ankle deep in water. Everyone is sleeping upstairs. Victory Liner buses are still runninng thru the deep water. This is why I don't go back during raining/typhoon season. Water every where and its filthy water. But, filipina's are still smilling.
