They have information on all trailer systems, including both electric and hydraulic brakes with pretty good explanations you can work with and from.

I stick a chunk of log under each back corner of my trailer before I jack it up to unhitch and just keep jacking till the tires clear the ground. Keeps tires from cracking, gets the load off the springs, and makes me more likely to check the bearings more frequently.
