I *think* (although I'm not sure) that all of the hoses on the PT400's are either 1/4" NPT or 1/2" NPT. Can anyone verify this?

I know that NPT stands for "National Pipe Thread". I can make a pretty good guess about SAE. What is JIC? Can anyone tell me what the differences are between all these different thread types? Anyone know of a good link that explains them all?

JIC is a flare fitting where the interferance or line to line fit of the to two flares is the seal.

SAE is a straight thread with an O-ring seal at the base of the connector.
