Thanks for the advice. If I Was To Go Ahead With Replacing Hoses. Would Going With 3/8" Hose Be Ok. Are There Any Advantages or Disadvantages In Upsizing The Hoses or Troubles? @ lengths Will Be 21" 28" 48" And 60"

There is no advantage since your pump is only 4 GPM. The disadvantage is they cost more, and are harder to route.
