hot hydrostatic in a Cub 5252

I have a Cub 5252. The transaxle seems to get excessively hot after using the pto (mmm) for 30 minutes or so. The 3pt lift arms which attach to the trans get hot to the touch. The dealer tells me its normal but I'm not so sure. Hydro oil is full and fan is ok with no air blockage.

Most Hydraulic systems on tractors run about 100 degree over ambient temperature.
When I checked my Hydraulics on a 80 degree day the temperature was 185 degrees.
It will not burn on contact, but you will not touch it for long. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
