Hot rolled vs. cold rolled , welding and $ ??

thanks for your help guys.

girlfriend is out of town for the next three day ,
both set of cutting torches are full , plenty of grinding wheels , and cut off wheels , and two new spools of wire for my lincoln , and my shop garage is empty for the next three days ..

all i need is a babysitter for my dog , or to get him to ware a set of cutting goggles

I would say get him a set of 'doggles'.

And if anyone knows of a place with 25 miles or so from Pittsburgh that would cut to purchase..so I don't get hammered on shipping would be a great help..
