Chuck, just be sure and not ask the wrong question. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

So.... how about tagging the "hot" threads with a flame or something, before killing them, so those of us who would also like to display our mature judgement can join in before they are killed?

I have no objection myself if a thread is shut down, but still remains for viewing.

Also, if someone breaks rules like posting copyrighted material, then deleting it immediately seems fair enough.

But personally, I do dislike it when a thread that is not really abusive, at least in my opinion, is deleted for whatever reason.

When that happens I feel like I am somewhere other than in the United States of America!

I don't like it, but I like TBN even more so I live with it.

Thats a good idea and I see that on other sites. What I would really like to see here is some updated and expanded emoticons. Some one else recently said it would be nice to be able to weigh in and be both smug and silent. I think we need a "nuke" emoticon and a " he he he " etc. I was more than a little suprised to see the FRS one shut down. I guess I missed something other than a good laugh. Personally it doesn't seem much use to me to leave a strand up if you cant reply. It really is kind of useless on a forum, just my two cents. Dave
