Yes on windows and doors. Its is complete on outside except for metal on the roof. No paint either.

RaT, nope, that's just a selected few places you can visit and have a good time!

While you can't visit Lebanon, we do have a Blessing and have found Bigfoot. While some may search for Elysian Fields, others will be content with Utopia or Paradise. Searching from Dawn to Dusk with Energy and Industry with Midway in between, you will find that Cactus, Buffalo, and Quail are not in Beverly Hills. And it's a realatively short trip from Earth to Venus... And you can even go to Ponder things in Paris, Florence, Italy, Rhome, or Athens via Dublin or Jamaca Beach.

The $3.00 a foot included installation of the windows and doors, but it did not include installation of the siding. I installed the hardiplank myself after they had the structure framed and completely sheathed with osb on the outside.

I can't remember what the quote was to install the siding.

Also with siding and roofing they are priced a little differently. Roofing is generally by the square of actual roofing, unless you have a lot of dormers, crickets or other special items. Siding is by the sqare foot, but it is priced by the square foot of siding, not the sqare footage of the house like the framing is. Look at it this way, if you have a 2 story house with 8 foot celings, you have about 17 feet of exterior height, if you have a 2 story house with 12 foot ceilings, you have an exterior height of 25 feet (1 foot between floors). I realize this is over simplified, however, you need to treat the pricing differences into effect when you want a cost per square foot, not all square feet are the same.

Well we recieved bid number 2. We have to give the guy a $300 a week in gas allowance cuz he is gonna drive about 200 miles roundtrip a day. The bid is $18,100. This is EVERYTHING except the metal on the roof. Framed, doors and windows, siding, living area of 1850 sqft, porches over 1200 sqft. Quite a difference there, almost $17,000 difference. Both have excellant refences that I have already checked out.
