Took equipment home today. Finished up yesterday with 4 dumpster loads total. Ground is smoothed out good and the owner was seeding it today. No breakdowns, no flat tires, and no issues. Brought in my Massey with a landscape rake and it was a big help. No house, big yard barn gone, cistern filled, lots of random trash piles removed, and all footers and concrete remains removed. Was a very simple project. Next house starts in less than a month I believe.

Oh yea... A backhoe is the right tool, even with no thumb (would be nice but not essential) and manual labor was minimal. I will not hesitate to take these projects on again (as long as there is no basement).

Have not found a tank yet. Been waiting on a breakthrough.
