How are actual sale prices vs MSRP currently for Kubotas (or other manufactures)?

The 20% was unavailable when I was shopping three years ago. So not only have prices increased in terms of MSRP, Kubota increased them another 20% on top of that, since anyone could get that discount from my understanding. So, probably a real increase of 50% in the past 4 years?

It doesn't seem possible that manufacturing costs of materials and labor are 50% higher than a few years ago. What am I missing?

There has been a heck of a lot of increase in the M2 money supply since 2020 on top of what already happened since 2008.

I bought my ROPs model MX6000 with loader and R4 tires for $39k in 2021. I just looked at the Kubota builder site and built the same unit for $45,250. A 15% increase. The 20% equine discount was a limited time deal and it wasn’t available for the MX models, so I don’t think including that is a valid price comparison.
