Here is what my Dealer proposes (I think its good):)
He pulled an oil sample and sent it in to Amsoil. He then drained the oil and flushed it with an Amsoil flush. New filter and oil. In the fall he will send another oil sample off and change filter and oil. If the sample shows any engine problems he will submit the claim to his insurance company and replace the diesel engine. He is also going to refund my original service cost $250.00. That service was new blades, hydro flush and filter along with the ス *** oil change. This guy is my local dealer, I have bought mowers and chain saws from him for the last 15 years. He has also sold Husky saws to my father and Father-In-law. All in all he has taken responsibility for the mistake and is making corrective actions. Again it looks like dealing local pays off. Thanks for all the input from everyone. I will let you know how the oil test turns out.

It sure is nice to hear about dealers who take care of the customers like that.

I like it when the dealer helps its customers. It is respectful and they are sure you will buy more from them. Thats why dealers are excited when you pull in with a trailer.
