My thoughts also, Ernie, assuming there is also a problem with the 3ph. I would also make sure the servicing stop valve is not partly closed.

I GOT IT!

I cycled the service valve several times from full closed to full open while operating the 3PH a few times, and the loader started working perfectly again.

FWIW, there wasn't any gunk inside the transmission sump where the screen filter is, the fluid is very clean.

I want to sincerely thank everyone for the ideas and suggestions. I just came in for lunch and the road is almost cleared enough so we can get out.
