If you are really worried apply some " Heat Tape "

Heat tapes are a pain.
Especially if you need to makes repairs on a cold 10 to 20 degree day.
It's no fun to unwrap the heat tape and insulation to make the repairs then have to reinstall the tape and insulation after making the repairs all this at 10 to 20 degree temperatures.
