How could Artificial Intelligence become dangerous?

I'm starting to see articles about the AI bubble being ready to burst. They're comparing it to the tech boom of the 90's when any business with the word "internet" in its mission statement would have investors shoveling money at it regardless of its viability.
Here are several discussions of that.

One notes that the 2008 financial bust came years later than when perceptive, accurate analysts sounded warnings. Conclusion: Facts don't necessarily steer markets.

The AI bubble is 17 times the size of the dot-com frenzy — and four times the subprime bubble, analyst says

Well, lets think about the .Com bubble and AI, and there are similarities. 1) It was partially fueled by excitement and a lack of understand. 2) It largely was not "bad" ideas, it was a lack of monetization; they didn't know how to make money off the ideas, other than selling stock. 3) Just cause there was a .Com market adjustment, doesn't mean the internet died; so likely an AI bust, doesn't mean AI dies, it just means it will consolidate, and find ways to make money.

Or like a housing bubble. It doesn't mean that housing is a bad idea, it just means the market got irrational for a bit.

In all aspects of life we get immersed into problems that require "a specialist" to find the root problem and solve it. As more and more systems become Ai designed... there won't be a human there for the help. When that happens you'll understand.

So, this evening I was spreading some muck dirt for wife's garden area. Gathered it up with tractor, piled it, and then moved it again with loader, and was spreading with a shovel. Found a small, obviously old glass bottle, completely intact. Im not an expert in old glass, nor do I care enough to become one, bit a quick picture, uploaded to ChatGPT, gives what is a good enough answer for me, about 1915, medicine or perfume

Bah. Google's AI got me good.

I have a lot of Ryobi gear. Project Farm's latest review rated the Ryobi 6 inch pruning chainsaw P25013 third among a dozen tested. Buying anything but Ryobi would cost me an additional $100 to begin a new incompatible battery series. So I found a discounted new-in-box Ryobi saw on ebay, just listed, reputable seller. Researched its model# on Google. "Ryobi PCLCW01B vs P25013".

The PCLCW01B is the newer Ryobi ONE+ HP 18V Brushless 6 in. Compact Pruning Mini Chainsaw, offering brushless motor technology for better performance, while the P25013 is the older, non-brushless model. Choose the PCLCW01B for superior cutting efficiency and durability ...

Project Farm had tested the P25013. So I bought the new-in-box Ebay PCLCW01B that Google said was better. For $80, $20 less than retail.

Then I went back to that same Google description and clicked 'Dive Deeper'. Bah. Now in this later paragraph, same report, Google AI reports just the opposite:

The key difference between the Ryobi PCLCW01B and the discontinued P25013 is the motor. The PCLCW01B has a standard brushed motor, while the P25013 has a brushles motor with HP (High Performance) technology. This makes the P25013 more powerful.

Those two paragraphs in the same AI analysis Find out more are 180 degrees opposite.
Yes i see this

So anyone else here AI data centers use a lot of water for cooling why are they continually being built in arid, semi arid, and drought prone areas near population centers where people that need water, are located?
