This is very similar to what I was wanting to do. It's hard to tell by your picture. What are the dimensions of your dock?

Does it settle very much when you have a bunch of people on it?

How did you anchor it to stay in place?

Would you do anything different if you built another one?

It’s 10’ x 16, doesn’t sink very much at all fully loaded and I pound a couple pipes in the holders on each side of the walkway. (So it rides up and down with level changes. I didn’t have them installed when I snapped the photos, but it’s where the rope is attached.)

The one thing I would do differently is get some help! It was quite the ordeal flipping it over after attaching the floats by oneself.
