Hey welcome to TBN... First off, I do not know the answer... but did you get an owners manual? If not, you'll need to get one and read up on it. That's a pretty good size tractor. Most of the new big tractors I get to drive (with a cab) are turned on by a switch. Hopefully some one more knowledgeable with your model will swing by. There are no stupid questions... maybe some answers like this one...
After looking them up on the kuboota site, they were introduced early 1980's, 71 pto hp, most likely will not have a pto controlled by switches. Photos would help, if you got them.
