How do I fix this - Rounded out holes

If no zerk there, this is a good time to remedy that.

prs

Maybe some better pictures of the joint would show why there are no zerks. There's two tabs with holes in them. A bolt runs through the tab, through a sleeve(as I recall) and through the other tab. Its supposed to be tight so the bolt can't turn inside the tabs. The sleeve and/or bolt goes inside a ball joint, like the balls on the rear arm of a 3pt hitch. The ball joint is welded to the end of the hydraulic cylinder. There is nothing to grease on the tab or bolt as its not supposed to move. Every 8 hours of operation, we are supposed to spray down the ball joint with super lube or teflon or lithium grease.

We need a close-up picture of a good in-tact joint to explain it better.
