How do I remove the pin

/ How do I remove the pin #11
i would centerpunch it on the big end on center best as possible then drill it little smaller then the small side of the tapperd pin then try an easyout.

Can you unhook the cyl from the other end and swing it, so you can drive the pin out using the small end of the pin ?

Sorry so long getting back. Thanks for the ideas I will give some of them a try and see what I can do. Unfortunately there is no other way to get the unit out without removing this pin. The unit slides through a hole in the frame that is to small to remove from either end. My options seem to be remove the pin how it is displayed in the photo or remove the two hinge pins while will only allow me to rotate the unit where I can get a more striking distance with hammer. I found a parts manual so I am at least able to see where there are pins vs threaded bolts.
