The bolt may stay in the square retainer hole in the stump jumper or it may not. If I had to replace them by myself, I would take my FEL and turn the cutter on its edge so I could put the blade on and insert the bolt then get to the other side and install the nut. Depending on the bolt to hold itself and the blade up might get aggravating after it falls off a few times.
