How do you eat with chopsticks?

Thanks for all the help on this. I am now an accomplished chopsticks user in what I would call a Chinese style variation. May I highly suggest chopsticks with your next takeout. Try it.

It's easy; just visualize a Paul Newman lookalike using chopsticks.

Not to stray too far off course, but the similarity between the Chinese spoon and compass can be seen in this link.
The "spoon" rocks so it has no rotational friction and can turn to a North South orientation.

Ya know... I consider myself an expert chopstick user. Travel to Asia regularly for business and frequently asked why am I so good. Flattering yes, but I think I am going to pick up some chopsticks with my other hand and I am guessing I will reel in some humility. Thanks for the challenge!
