IMC is the owner of TBN and Kayako is a relatively big name in helpdesk software, so that sppears to be the right place. I would PM Mumammad, or open another support ticket and link to this thread.Here is how I ended up there. At the bottom of the "Forums" page is a red "Help" button. Click on that and it takes you to the "FAQ's" page. I scrolled through till I got to Account Access/Privileges. Since the error response I had been receiving was that I didn't have permission to download photos I thought perhaps I could find out what privileges I had or find out why I couldn't post. There are a number of links for support ticket submission and those links take you to the Kayako page with instructions for creating an account and submitting a support ticket. It appeared that site is the technical administrator for TBN and they have responded to the support tickets I submitted albeit with a recommended solution that didn't work.
So, if that is the incorrect place to request site help, does anyone know how to submit problem reports or who handles those kind of problems? I still have the original problem that sent me down this rabbit hole... I'd post screen grabs of the pages but I can't post photos!![]()
