how does the hyd fluid

HELLO TO ALL,
on the MF 165 cylinder, and control valve.
trying to get the control valve apart, manual says, insert a
pin punch into hole B, (return port) in order to unscrew the
spool. i do not see any hole that lines up with port B, or A.
i appears it might line up with the inside hole that has a check
valve,(ball) but i cannot get the setscrew out. it appears there
is some kind of sealant in this to prevent removal. any ideas?
any comments, appreciated.
