My Massey MF-1040 diesel topped our high range 4th gear is about 12 mph.

I was in Quebec last year and I quickly notcied that EVERYTHING has a liscense plate on it up there. Freont-end loaders, graders, combines, everything!

Anyone from Quebec here wish to comment on this?
