For someone that has mentioned many times that you don't watch TV, don't read news, you post a lot of opinions on this topic... based on what? You have nothing to support any opinion either way, yet keep posting them over and over. What are you basing these on?

I have just finished reading about 14 pages of opinions.

Hay Dude and 5030 have it right IMHO (maybe others too, but Hay Dude is thinking logically, seeing the big picture, and has seen through the medical and media BS....and I like 5030 as he is a fellow Michigander, has common sense and drinks Crown Royal)

I am so glad the governors are responsible. Some of them have the balls and common sense to forge ahead. That will put pressure on the ones shutting down for political gain. IT IS NOT ABOUT SAVING LIVES!!!! Cuomo put infected virus patients into nursing homes by Executive order. Think about that....either stupid or wants to get the death count up. He had thousands of empty hospital beds. Now he wants to investigate the nursing homes and blame them.

Those citizens wanting to stay home will think differently when the unemployment and $600/wk top off runs out and it is not renewed. When the jobs are gone....well...it will not be pretty.

Staying at home will not help those who are compromised and will die from this anyway, unless THEY stay quarantined, or until a cure is found. We cannot wait for a cure.

If you have children or grandchildren, think about what we are doing to their future by saving 200,000 lives. Many of them will live in poverty and fear. They will need you home and what is left of your IRA to survive. A few may even hope you die soon so they can "get what they deserve".

Sweden has not needed to do what we are doing and bodies are not lining their streets.

BTW, the next bail out will be for the Blue states that are staying shut down the longest and were already near bankruptcy when this virus came along.

Yes, just take a line chart and squish in the x axis, makes it scary to see that Covid line jump straight up. Then stretch it out, and suddenly it looks much better, even if it is the exact same data. It’s all in the presentation.
Had a boss years ago say that, people want pretty charts and pictures, the data is almost irrelevant.

That's why I chose these.... they aren't squished.

Once again, I'll remind you that you and a lot of other folks with your opinion on this board aren't out there working every day. Until you're the one taking the risks, stop suggesting others do the work for you to protect your way of life.
