How long before we see a hydro in a TC55DA?

I like the component size of the 55 but I am not willing to give up the hydro. A four speed is acceptable in an old vette but not in my tractor. ( then after I get a 55 I will need 10 more hp. ..... where does it end ? )

Although not as big as the TC55, Deere just introduced a 58 hp large chassis CUT. It is the 4720 and is available in hydro only. Have you checked that out?

This issue was discussed in the NH Buying and pricing forum under the title "TC55 hydro??". The consensus was not any time soon, if ever.

Don't knock the electro hydro shuttle until you try it. You may never want a hydro again.

I wasn't knocking the electro-hydraulic shuttle shift (ehss), but merely trying to point out this was discussed before in a different thread.

I am planning to get an ehss transmission when I purchase a new either DX55 or TC55 next year.
