You are very patient. Hope you get this resolved soon.
How many times have you talked to your dealer about this, and what have they told you so far? I'm just curious what their excuse is.Hello, I purchased a New Kubota M7060 HDC12 with LA1154 loader last August of 2017. After I got it home I noticed that the loader had several imperfections. (The right side loader bracket had been flared out at the top pin area, the left side bucket tilt cylinder bushing weld bung was crooked on the end, a large ugly manual weld over the top of a beautiful robotic weld on right loader frame, poor bucket side reinforcement fitment, left side plate of bucket two ugly manual welds).
Now I have previously been a John Deere man my whole life (purchased four John Deere tractors since 1999). I kept wanting a larger tractor and this dealer had told me that Kubota had stepped up and there quality was number 1. I really liked how the M7060 looked at this dealers lot.
Now I went back to the dealer to talk about the loader in late September of 2017 and he said if you are not happy I will get you a new loader in the crate. I said that would be OK with me. Here it is 22-Feb-18 and still no loader. The dealer did not even call me or send me an email to let me know where we were with things. I have had to call the dealer myself every time to find out anything about this. I have also purchased a large zero turn mower from this dealer along with several other tractor implements throughout the years. I just need some of you guys advice about how long should I wait before I speak up or contact Kubota? Thanks

Hello, Thanks for all the replies. I thought it was time to do something! I forgot to tell you all that because of the replacement loader coming, supposedly...I have not used the tractor because I did not want the loader to be used. It has been sitting in my garage since August of 2017.

Do you have anything in writing from the dealer stating he would replace your faulty loader or was just word of mouth? If you have nothing in writing, he could claim he knew nothing about it and since you waited so long to report it, it must be your fault. I would wonder if the damage to the loader was caused by and shabbily repaired by the dealer and not Kubota corporate. Like the rest said, get it in writing and leave a trail. If you speak to anyone on the phone get their name and log the date and time you spoke to them. Phone records will prove you're telling the truth.
Hello Blackdog2086, These are manufactured flaws/defects that are on this loader. I have bought three new John Deere tractors in the past and I actually had a loader damaged and I asked the JD dealer to replace it and he had me a new one in 1 week! This Kubota dealer is really making me hate that I ever bought this tractor. If a man tells me he is going to get me a new loader in the crate then that is what I expect.
