yeah you wanna get them to commit to that and in writing. They really are should cover your personal property even if it it off your property. I know when i lived in the NE area , they said they would cover my tractor if it got damages assisting neighbors with the snow. I have not asked on this policy coverage yet.

15 acres with about 1/2 acre of bamboo that I am currently trying to dig up to get rid of. It's also in the ditch along the highway.I don't know why this was planted.
My plans are to have a fruit orchard of varying kinds, with a small vegetable plot for creating a little cash. I have a JD 5203 MFWD with 522 loader, 8' Landpride disk/harrow, 78" box blade, 6' bush hog, and a partridge in a pear tree.

4.5 acre retired Xmas tree farm (pines, firs, spruce, and some hardwoods) with 2 acres converted last year from row crop to bluegrass. Property is set with the field on the side and a large valley = steep slope hills behind the house running to naturally spring fed pond. Eventual hope is to buy additional land (currently CRP) to total 10 ish acres and rebuild the pond to aprox. 1 - 1 1/2 acre surface water. A small hobby farm - potentially some blueberries for market, a few new Xmas trees. Pasture for horse/steer and large play area for the kids. As for the trees I agree with putt putt, red pines are the devil and I have spent about a year plus removing the dead or dying, although I did burn through about 8 tanks of fuel on the Stihl building a log cabin for my kids with them. I too have considered a wood boiler. I have had a huge problem with poison ivy, poison oak, and kudzu. I have a 2320 that I use almost daily for something (150 hours the first year) and the front wheel assist has been essential on my ground. We use our land for our kid's fun - trails, swimming hole, zipline, campouts, gokarts etc. My fun is had by working with my CUT

6 acres for us, mostly large Oak and Hickoryand part of a pond. I finish mow about an acre and let the rest go. JD 2210, 48" tiller, PTO Trac Vac. We are new to gardening, and last year (the first) it was 25' x 40', this year it's probably 35' x 60', next year who knows, but we are enjoying the fresh vegatables.

4 acres of rocky, ditch filled land with a little swamp and a stream thrown in. I hope to fix some of the rock and ditch issues with the TC30 I bought today.
