One spendy Panasonic purchased from Costco several years ago. It's not in front of me right now & I have no idea what model. It has all kinds of horns & whistles I've no clue how to use and I leave it on 'Auto' at all times. I keep meaning to take a class or something, but no time. (Can't make heads or tails of the manual.) Lately I've been thinking about a cheapie to keep on the tractor just for chits & giggles.

Funny thing is, my first digicam (the HP) was very basic and bulky, fixed lens, tiny LCD, low mp, used a large, low gb Compact Flash card and ate AA batteries...and cost over $200. The Olympus cost me $65 (!!!!!) has a superzoom 35-250 mm lens, 3" LCD, is about the size of a deck of cards, has fantastic battery life even when using 14mp resolution and uses SD cards. It just amazes me how much digicams have developed in 10 years. Oh, for what it is worth, my old HP had so few functions it was easy to figure out...the new camera...NOBODY is going to ever need nor use all the functions, let alone figure out how to use them.

Our 2011 Nikon Coolpix L120 is our only camera now, and I can't remember who I gave the 2001 Olympus 240D to when I bought the Nikon. And since I'll never really learn to use this Nikon, I sure don't need any more cameras.

Too many to list or remember..bought a lot and have been given several...
I really like the new Canon's
But I do remember and still have the first two I bought

Sony Digital Mavica MVC-FD71 (mid 1998, 10x optical zoom lens)

Sony Digital Mavica MVC-FD91 / MVC-FD91CUSA (1999) (14x optical zoom)...This is a remarkable camera and I still use it...it's not not very good for printing (limited pixels) but for viewing on a PC it is great...the worst problem these days is finding 3.5" disks...of course a 3.5 drive is required which are obsolete these days... As old as it is this camera with the 14X optical zoom is still hard to beat...along with the (Sony) "Steady Shot" and the auto focus features

On old Sony Mavica 92.. it still has the 3.5 inch disk, but also a sony mem stick, looks like a piece of gum.. It still works well with a good 14x zoom.. about $600 as I remember. also some kind of little old canon cheapie, we won at a raffle it works well though especially to take under 1 meg pix for tractorbynet. . And a nice new canon, tiny flat little thing, it was about $100 I think.. has lots of features, I use just a few of them. and takes HD pix and movies. But the camera's in our Motorola Droids are about as good.
