3 Sony's.
The old Sony which took a 3.5" diskette and took great photos albeit with a low megapixel sensor.
A 2007 era point and shoot I crushed on my belt and it duplicate replacement.

I am searching for a new mid priced digital with a good mechanical zoom for long shots.

Breaking the rules, For the last few years most of my shots are from the phones. Blackberry for thousands of images and now the iPhone. The ease of access ,having it on my belt, and tons of camera and editing apps makes up for most of the shortcomings but for the long shot. The movie video on the iPhone is great and on the phone I can easily pull stills from a video as needed.

I used many programs over the years to make panoramic images from the Sony's. Now that function is built into the iPhone 6 OS.

Had a few digitals over the years.

1. Sony Mavica FD81s that took the 3.5" disks. That one would do 60 seconds of video on the floppy. Good camera, it is still floating around as somehow it managed to survive the house fire. The batteries won't hold charge anymore.
2. An HP something around 2002 or 3, I think 3 MP. Big piece of crap. Screen quit working on it after 7 months. Only had a 6 month warranty. HP wouldn't do anything about it. They want within $5 of what we paid for it to fix it. Since it always took crappy pictures, we didn't bother.
3. Then a Kodak I think CX7530 around 2005. 5MP camera. Liked this little camera. Always took decent pictures, still have this camera and still will use it if looking for a quick picture or an easy to carry camera for a trip or something
4. Then a Kodak something 10MP around 2008. Piece of crap. You can't hold the camera still enough to get a decent shot and if you do the colors are way off. Still have, but we let our 4 your play with it. She actually broke it and I managed to take it apart and fix it.
5. We then bought a Nikon D60 DSLR 10MP. Great camera. We have several lenses for it and 2 batteries. Wife still uses as a back-up or to capture pictures from a different angle if she does a wedding or something.
6. Nikon D7000 DSLR 16MP. Awesome camera, this is an entry level Professional camera. Shares the lenses with the D60 and then we have a few the D60 can't use.
7. Nikon SB-900 Speedlight to use with the D60 & D7000.
8. A couple of Nikon Point & Shoots that we bought the oldest 2 kids. 16MP. Nice camera, but spoiled by the 60 & 7000.
9. Another Kodak Point & Shoot that we bought for the 4 year old because she wanted a camera last year too because that is what bubby and sissy wanted. It is a $75 camera, for that price it is OK. At least we are too afraid of her breaking it, it has certainly taken some abuse from her

Also have a couple of softboxes, some other type of flash, reflectors, and backgrounds & stands for the backgrounds. Also have a few DVDs with thousands of backgrounds that we can insert in pictures. Amazing the power now days that you have.

I have a Pentax ist and a Nikon D90. I have a speedlight 600 and a few lenses for the D90..... Pictures are great memories..........
