I have a 4 year old dk50 se with 600 hours. Used to clear land, moved 100's of yards of fill, a lot of grapple and backhoe work, stump grinder, logging winch, pto generator and too many other tasks to list. It has been rock solid and worked hard. I love it

On another note I just changed the oil and had an analysis done by Blackstone. They stated wear metals were exceptionally low and had a TBN of 7.7 at 100 hrs on the oil. This indicates a great running engine. I use Rotella 5w40. I use Amsoil ATH in the Hydro.

A PTO generator is on my list. Are there generators that run at less than 540 pto rpms? Doesn't seem efficient to have to run the tractor at 2000 engine rpms for hours on end.

I think you can get a gear box to accomplish that but you would lose some torque under heavy load

119 hours but just got it in mid April.

Yesterday and today felled two 50' hackberry trees. Wrapped a chain around them and the NX just chugged along and brought each one under some shade to trim down and load up for disposal.
really like how the machine just has the Ummph to get it done.:thumbsup:

2001 DK55 with 2700 hours. I have to constantly work on it and have replaced a lot of parts. The issue I have is with the factory support, not dealer. I live in Michigan and am not too far away from Michigan Iron. They are very knowledgeable and a great resource. As for the Factory, the repair parts listed on line are poorly written and confusing. The major components, such as the power steering valve, steering cylinders, hydraulic pump and so on should be rebuild-able but you cannot get the parts from Kioti. The repair manual shows how to disassemble the major assemblies, you just cannot find parts. I also have a few older Ford tractors that run forever and every little piece is still available. 2700 hours on a Ford is just broken in, the Kioti is worn out.

Look up my old post, i belive it was called "a little history of my Kioti dealer" Mattmonths ago on here you can look up. My dealer has been selling Kiotis for 21 years,
he has customers with Kiotis in the 8500 hour mark..
