I'm adding a top and tilt to my tractor and was wondering how many different hydraulic items I might reasonably anticipate putting on my machine over time. I ask because of a system I'm considering for controlling hydraulics.

I can see the top and tilt as well as something like a four in one bucket or grapple for the front. That would be three additional. If I were to use a snow blade the same valve that operates the four in one or grapple would operate it.

What else do any of you have or can any of you foresee that might warrrant a fourth control?

My rear blade has a cylinder to angle it right or left.
I have three remotes.
If I have the grapple on bucket and using T&T one more valve is needed to run back blade.I usually disconnect the grapple.

How about hydraulics to rotate the chute on a snowblower, plus your top & tilt?

I have 3 rear remotes. Two have 1/4" connectors for the TNT and one has a 3/8" connector for implement cylinders.

Right now I have TNT, hydraulic chute for snowblower, hydraulic deflector for snowblower (new for this year and requires the tilt cylinder to ge removed), hydraulic angle for my rear blade (not installed yet), and hydraulic angle for my landscape rake (not installed yet). I am contemplating designing a hydraulic lift for my box blade scarifers.

If I had a grapple I would be looking into an electric diverter of some sort.

Mad … You have the answer, Electric splitter/diverter is the ultimate answer…
you can then have as many applications as you care to keep track of /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. KennyV.

Would something like this SV Directional be what you mean?

It looks like a pretty slick setup that I could mount on my RH armrest. They have an SV model with a control that could mount right on my SCV control lever, too. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Yep … that is an excellent company… If you give them a call they are more than happy to discuss what you are doing and give you their best recommendation for the job… including a very straight forward wiring diagram and at an incredible low price. Great co. and great people /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif. KennyV.
