John Deere 1025r with 120r front end loader, Hustler zero turn mower
I got my new 1025R today. I was only given one key. Is it normal to only get one with a new tractor?

Thanks for the reply. I did ask if there was a second.

I got two last year with my new 2025R. One has the black plastic with the JD logo and the other is plain. The keys are the same as the one for my 2013 X754 and probably your 1025R (congratulations, by the way!) so I don't think you will have any trouble finding a spare if you want because I think they are all cut the same. The dealer had a key on his personal key ring that worked for several new JD machines on the lot.

My Branson came with four keys. 2 for the ignition and 2 for the doors. I also got a thumb drive with a complete parts breakdown and the service manual plus a lifetime supply of Branson baseball caps.

You can buy them from the dealer or numerous online sites. They’re all keyed alike unlike vehicles.

We sell Kubota, New Holland and Bob-Cat (mowers). Anything new goes with two keys supplied by the manufacturer.

Two keys for both my 4105 and D110, plus a fob for each 'set'.

(I won't go on about all of the other 'goodies' I received because it would only make the rest of you jealous or remorse. I mean, I can't help that I'm one heck of a nice bloke. :))
