How many people got a free 50 hours service

I did not ask. I did not receive. After getting a super price on the tractor, free installed bucket hook, free delivery, free hat and free soft brief case I was happy. Besides they would have to come pick up the tractor (100 miles round trip x 2) because I don't have a trailer.

I also did not ask, but I'm only at 30 hours, so maybe they'll give me a break when it comes time to DIY.

I also did not get a hat, but they gave me TWO Kubota sweatshirts! The hat looked pretty cheap anyway. I have a bald head and like nice soft hats. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Well, I was sorta cheesed off for a while .... Two keys ,one key ring . But then I realized the wisdom of the deal . If I separated the keys from the ring and it was stolen ..... I could get it back,as I had the other key ! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif Pure genious .. better than Lojack :0 John

No free service nor parts here. Got a pretty good deal tho, one additional free pickup & delivery, a key ring & a hat... I prefer to do my own maintenance anyways /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Dealer offered free 50 hr service at my location, I jumped all over that! Also got free pickup and delivery for any service during warranty period. No Kubota hat tho /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

The city did in part for the 7610. We provided the oil, paid for filters and other supplys they provided all labor, checked bolt torqs also dyno test at no charge. I delivered the tractor to the dealer and picked up. No complaints about the dealer. They have done every thing I have asked and more.

I didn't ask ...i was to busy comparing prices between two dealers. I had done my shopping and closed the deal over the phone. Though I was not told, when the time came I did get 50 hour service for free, but I had to pay for the pick up charge, and I had to pay for filling my rear tires (which was not done when I first purchased).
Hey, I got a free hat to. They brought that out when they delivered. ...but like Henro said, none of it was really free, it's just included in the package price.

I got my best quotes and went back to my dealer and said can you match this price?

I lowered my price so much I figured asking him wasn't a good idea.

The manual and the knowledge on this forum really make doing it yourself possible with some time and patience.
