How much horse power(vehicle) needed to pull 1000 tons weight trailer?

I need to move 1000 tons weight stone about 300 km. And I want to know how much horse power(vehicle) needed to pull 1000 tons weight trailer? And also need to calculate it?

I would really like to see some pictures of what you want to move.
Also the terrain you plan to move it across.

You can move 1000 tons with a motorcycle and a bucket.

But if you want to move it all at once, you need a ship or a train.

Yeah, 1k tons is a bunch of weight BUT.....how did people from long ago move stones that weigh 1600 tons?

Thankfully, it weighs less than the Great Pyramid at Giza...

It would be difficult driving something like that through town with all the overhead street lights, stop lights & signs getting in the weigh... (see what I did there)

A little fun calculations with the pocket ref book indicates that this rock would be equivalent to a 50 x 15 x 15 mass, roughly four full size shipping containers bunched together.
It wouldn't take all that much power with the right gearing and traction, but getting it on a suitable trailer is a different matter.

Something is missing here. You are asking how much horsepower to move 2000000 lbs. You need to go talk to a heavy hauling trucking company. I hope the stone is worth moving!

The trucks are the easy part. Do you have any idea what a trailer to haul 1000 tons looks like? A move like that will cost tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
