Interesting reading through this. My wife and I each have a phone on the same plan. Approx $130/month. Unlimited talk to any number in Canada. Unlimited texts etc. 2 gigs of data each which we never use all of. She's on the phone for maybe 5-600 minutes a month and I use about 12-1300 minutes. I use my phone for business. We have no land line. Provider is Koodo which is owned by Telus.

$54/month including taxes on Verizon, 2 dumb phones, 700 min talk, unlimited text. Rarely hit 200 min/month talk except when kids have special event, marriage, kids, etc. ATT & Sprint, and their derivatives, are not options in our area as the only carriers with any coverage are Verizon & US Cellular.
