I own 250 hilly acres with a cabin, 10 acre pond, about 5-6 acres of mowable stuff and some woods roads, the rest is about 50/50 young planted pines and mature hardwood ridges.

I lease another 250 that is mostly planted pines and one long road that needs mowing.

I have a 4wd Kubota L4400 which is 45hp.

Had 40A and a B21 bought 160A more and I just got a M9000 off of Ebay with a turbo 92HP. The B21 is for sale.

About 75 acres. I have about 10-12 acres fenced for horse pasture, with another 10 of my brother-in-law's adjoining acreage added for pasture. My Mahindra 4410 is about 40 HP.
