I am going to use windshield washer fluid.

Not enough to be worth the bother IMHO. I can't find a ballast chart with that small of a tire. If one holds 3.5 gallons I'd be mildly surprised.

My Deere X300 has those tires and I filled them with WW fluid a couple years ago. Took 5 gallons each - 10 gallons total. I used a old punp up sprayer which I cut the wand off. the hose fit onto the valve stem perfect. Pulled the valve out - put valve stem at 12 o'Clock position. Had to pull the hose off every so often to let air out. Took about an hour total. Really helps on the hills I have and when plowing snow. I posted it on "GardenWeb" "loading garden tractor tires for weight"

filled all four of the tires on Dads Huskie 3 years ago, we filled them with 14 to 16 gallons also, what a difference it made. the traction on slick wet grass is great and the extra weight really helped the ride on rough ground.. since then i have filled 3 more sets for people
