How much more does fuel delivered cost?

Going rate for Diesel fuel today? It was $3.59 a gallon at the new independant fuel station..just had grand opening. Most others are 3.79a gallon diesel. gasoline was $3.31 a gallon there, hope they start a gaspricewar.

Good luck with that!! Most likely the station has a fixed amount of fuel that they plan on selling at the reduced price to get people to notice them being open. After that is gone, the price will probably join the other stations rather than the other stations coming down to meet them. The other stations realize the reason for the introductory price, and will just sit back and wait on it to go up. The other stations realize that people are creatures of habit, and as soon as the price goes back up, they will go back to doing whatever they were doing, which was buying fuel at the same old gas station. However, a few will actually "like" the new store and frequent it enough to make it become their habit. I would imagine the clerks in the new store were attenitive and not hard on the eyes either. They will probably move on also as time goes by.
