How much should I offer for this toolbar?

For those that don't know, that bar is used to attach various types of garden/field attachments to. Everything from cultivators to planters, hillers, bed shapers, etc. The width is so you can do two rows at once or have flexibility to change the row spacing/bed width. With that said, you have to have the attachments that fit that size/type bar for it to work, there are a couple different systems out there.
