How much would I notice 11 extra PTO HP?

Ok 11 more PTO HP i imagine would be very noticeable. Do you notice the engine lugging at all when using the grinder? If the engine is lugging, 11 more PTO HP should save you some fuel in the long run.

Yeah, it lugs but typically only on big stumps when the grinder rotor is making more surface contact.
