How much would you pay for a BCS 730 with only a power brush?

As the title saids, I'm looking at goverment auction of what I think is a BCS 730 (8hp kohler magnum) with a large power brush.
I had a power brush for my gravely 5240 and it was great for clearing the sidewalks, but I sold it didnt think I'd need it then....
Now I'm needing to clean my road and sidewalks since the township bought a steer sweeper to wide get around the turn my road...
So how much would you pay for a possible BCS 730 with a power brush? I was thinking around $300~

Neat looking older machine, and worth every bit of $300 I'd say.

I wouldn't mind a sweeper, but it's way down the (long) list.

The whole thing, running, would be WAY more than 300USD around here - maybe just the sweeper attachment for that :thumbsup:
