YIKES....It does seem to be carrying the load well given the circumstances...I hope the land is flat where this happened.
The State Police will probably have a field day with this...The trailer seems a little worse for wear from the picture anyway.

The back oif the pickup truck is down so the front end is light. This is something that some people don't think about.

I agree...Just mentioning the cirumstances...I've hauled like that too, usually not a great experience. (never had a truck like that behind my pickup though)

I don't think that truck weighs as much as you think. My neighbor's F550 4x4 12' dump truck with 6.5ft sides and canopy (steel dump body) with the built in rear hitch and everything weighs 11,500 with 3/4 tank of fuel, and 500lbs of people plus some misc chains and strap. I know the truck itself is smaller, but that's a lot of stuff. I bet the truck pictured weighs about 11-11,500 or maybe less, definitely wouldn't put it at more than 12k IMHO.

Just a quick search of international class 6/7 trucks show them @ 14k at the lightest.
Not sure if it is an international or not. But I definatally think it is a class 6/7 truck. But I could be wrong there too.
what you cant see in the pics is that the frame rails of that truck stick another 6 or so feet BEHIND the trailer it is on:confused2:

Hopefully he was just refueling at the end of his trip and only had a block or so to go to unload.

Farmboy is right, its not quite that heavy. Its weight is all in the nose as well, so tongue weight is too high and that is why the pickup is sagging.
Knowing that these GM's are sprung a little light, I'm more inclined to say that guy has a trailer problem, less than a truck issue. If he were to distribute the weight better on the trailer, it would be safer and more controllable, however he would probably blow out the trailer tires (looks to be 4 load range E tires). If he had a gooseneck trailer of the proper length, it would be much safer and possibly even legal!
